Socialite Bryan White and police officer have been released on bail over attempted murder charges. The socialite who shot Victor Bitwire on the shoulder has today been released this morning following recent failed bail applications.
Bryan White was released on Monday on a cash bail of Shs10 million while his sureties were each bonded Shs20 million, not cash.
The socialite who shot to fame after his philanthropic and generous activities of donating to the needy and poor has today seen the outside climate after being detained for a couple of weeks.
However, the case is still on going as the self-styled boss shall be reporting to the courts of law attending and answering charges of attempted murder.
The case has been adjourned to January 31 for hearing to start.
It is alleged that Brian Kirumira and Thomas Okoth unlawfully attempted to cause the murder of Victor Bitwire contrary to section 204 of the Penal Code Act.
