The last time Afrigo Band was live on Unplugged at Liquid Silk Nalya, the crowd responded very enthusiastically that Liquid Silk Management decided to retain the legends to perform every month.

This Wednesday 28th the legendary Afrigo band –led by Moses Matovu– will close February on the Unplugged stage with talent that has been nurtured for 41 years, and we expect the best session of February yet.

Unplugged has hosted Ugandan stars like Bebecool, Chameleone, Iryn Namubiru, Cindy among others, however, none of them has returned to the stage yet — except Afrigo Band.

Every time Afrigo Band stages a live performance, Ugandans from every segment of life enjoy the band like aged wine: they cheer and dance nostalgically to classic hits from the 80s and 90s like “Jim”, “Speed Controle” and most recently “Tukkigale.”

As is customary with Afrigo appearances, we expect this Wednesday to be a full house with top-notch sound and an engaged crowd as they walk down memory lane.
