Legendary singer Jose Chameleone and diva Sheebah Karungi are to headline the 2018 edition of the Uganda North American Association Convention which will take place in Seattle, Washington D.C.

The UNAA Convention is the largest non-political formal association of Ugandans living in the diaspora with major objectives of the organization being to “Promote the Social, Cultural and Economic Development of the Ugandan Community in North America and beyond.” The Ugandan Community in North America numbers over 120,000 individuals, and they gather annually in the UNAA Convention to interact and discuss about various issues happening back home in Uganda.

The 2018 edition of this annual event will take place in Seattle, Washington D.C from 30th August till 3rd September at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue and will be graced by many celebrities from Uganda including Jose Chameleone and Sheebah Karungi who will be the headlining acts at the event. Others who have confirmed attendance are Irene Ntale, Fik Fameica, Pastor Wilson Bugembe, Eddie Yawe, Carol Nantongo, Alex Muhangi, Madrat & Chiko, Bettinah Tiana who will be the host of the event, among others.
