Former NTV About Town presenter Jenny Nasasira has clinched a spot in the finals of the inaugural Godfather East Africa reality show that will strictly comprise of housemates form East Africa with a theme, ‘Natural Faces’. Bettinah  Tianah who was the first Ugandan to be shortlisted did not make it to the final list.

The new to-be globally televised reality TV show, ‘Godfather East Africa 2018’ (GFEA 2018) runs this year, with in-house participants expected from four East African countries; Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda and Rwanda. In a press release made today morning, Godfather East Africa revealed the final members that made it past the huge shortlist who were selected on 3rd March.

The reality show expects to express the burning fashion, patriotism, love and passion in this opening edition of the series of many other editions to follow in years to come. The Godfather East Africa house will last for a period of 3 months on the TV screens and the final winner shall walk away with 2,500,000/- Kenyan Shillings that translate into, 50 million/- Tanzanian Shillings and 85 million/- Ugandan Shillings.

Like it is in the usual Big Brother House, the selected contestants will have little or no privacy in the GFEA house. The house will extensively be outfitted with video cameras and audio recording devices which will record, broadcast and exhibit their actions and voices at all times twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.

Team Uganda comprises of the beautiful Jenny Nasasira, Keith Karuhuura, Ivan Kavuma, and Vanitah Nakidde. Team Kenya consists of Samuel Luchemo, Tabitha Johnson, Norbert Hanter, and Maggy Tote. Team Tanzania is represented by Thom Faraja, Banye Loverance, Dalena David, and Anna Nkindwa. Team Rwanda has Shiny Abdulla, Vanessa Uwase, Gigi Mugisha, and Sisi Ngamije.

Despite having such a huge fan base back home, the commercial model Jenny Nasasira is taking nothing for granted and she requests all Ugandans to rally behind her while in the house. She is excited to be part of the historical reality show and she promises the best of her, and to wave Uganda’s flag above all the rest involved.
