The Mowzey Radio murder case reported against key suspect Wamala ‘Troy‘ Godfrey has been adjourned to a later date again. Mowzey Radio died on 1st February and justice has been delayed yet again till next month.

Mowzey Radio died after a bar brawl in Entebbe. Wamala Godfrey a.k.a Troy was implicated in the murder case to have been the one that allegedly pushed Radio to the ground where the singer hit his head and cracked his skull which eventually caused the end to the ‘Neera‘ singer’s life.

Since being arrested, Troy has been in and out of the courts of law for the reading and hearing of his case. But the case has always been adjourned due to different reasons. Earlier on today morning, Troy was paraded in the Entebbe Chief Magistrates Court for the hearing of the Mowzey Radio murder case. It was however adjourned to April 9th 2018 due to the failure of the accused’s lawyer Mr Ladislus Rwakafuzi to appear in court.

Troy was not allowed to take plea in court due to the grave nature of the charges against him. Troy was remanded to Kigo prison on 26th February after being arrested in Kyengera, in Wakiso district.

Seems like the Mowzey Radio case has to wait longer, another scenario of justice delayed. Rest In Peace Radio!
