Victoria Beckham, the wife to famous footballer David Beckham, is in Kenya on a humanitarian trip in support of the Sports Relief charity event.
Victoria Beckham is now dedicating time to one of her strongest passions – philanthropy, in which she has spearheaded many projects in the past aimed at empowering women and young girls to follow their dreams and achieve big things in life.
Over the weekend, the 43-year-old flew to Kenya to visit Sport Relief funded projects in a bid to rally Great Britain to get involved and raise money for the fantastic organisation. Clad in blue jeans and a white t-shirt, Beckham visited a boxing community organization BoxGirls where she met a couple of young schoolgirls. She had a chat with the girls, discussed about their dreams and encouraged them to follow their dreams regardless of the challenges they face in their daily life.
Victoria also took it to social media to share photos and videos of her interaction with these young girls with the rest of the world. In one of the photos she is seen attempting to throw a punch while boxing it out with one of the girls. In other posts, the mother of four is shown meeting villagers and talking about how delighted she was that the girls she was meeting had big dreams for their futures, such as wanting to be lawyers and doctors.
Thank you Victoria, we hope the rest of the world can embrace the same.
