Beenie Gunter, the dancehall sensation, has shot the video for his ‘Kulususu‘ song. He features female reggae singer Shena Skies.
‘Pon Mi’ singer Beenie Gunter a.k.a Baguma Crescent is one of the most trending young artistes in Uganda, if not East Africa, currently. The singer has done numerous projects ever since breaking onto the active music scene. This year in particular started with major money moves for the dancehall singer after signing endorsement deals with major telecom companies.
Beenie Gunter, now signed to the Talent Africa music label, has shot the video of his reggae song titled ‘Kulususu’ which literally means ‘on my skin’. He features fresh talent Shena Skies, a female reggae/dancehall artiste.
Shena Skies has done a couple of songs including ‘Ewawooma’, ‘Soda’, Anything’, but she has not yet done that big breakthrough song to put her at the level every artiste would want. This song however is one to possibly push her there.
The video was shot by videographer Noisy Pricha of Darkroom Entertainment at various locations in Entebbe Kigo and Kazi. It is a traditional setting for some of the scenes in the video and one that will portray the African setting. We anticipate an eye-catching video if we are to relate to all the past Beenie Gunter videos.
Congratulations Beenie, give us more of your cool vibe!
