Renown journalist Josephat Seguya is not going to let Jose Chameleone have a smooth ride after the singer furiously attacked him while at Catherine Kusasira’s introduction ceremony over the weekend. The journalist has filed a number of cases against the singer at Katwe Police station.
Over the weekend, there is a video that made rounds on social media showing singer Jose Chameleone in a heated argument that almost led to a fight between him and journalist Josephat Seguya.
In the incident that happened at Catherine Kusasira’s traditional introduction ceremony, a visibly furious Chameleone attacked and repeatedly warned the Seguya to stop talking about him. Seguya has now filed a case against the ‘Champion’ singer alleging that Chameleone has over the years assaulted him and threatened to end his career.
Jose Chameleone also feels like Josephat Seguya has made it a point to always poke his nose in the singer’s business with the journalist spearheading the fight against the ‘Stop The Chameleone Violence’ campaign. Josephat is the same journalist who recently urged the police to arrest Chameleone for letting his sons drive on a public road. Chameleone is not happy with how media reports news about him and he claims Seguya has personal battles he is fighting against him, the same reason why he is always fueling false rumors about him.
This is not the first case Jose Chameleone will have to answer. He has been in and out of the courts of law various times and we hope the two come to a mutual conclusion without tough consequences.
