The trend of girls taking nude pictures of themselves is likely to never go extinct. Every day the internet is littered with new images of different females usually leaked by former lovers but that was not the case for Kleith Kyatuhaire. The former NTV presenter revealed how her nude photos found their way into our faces.

One day as Kleith made her way to campus (Makerere University), her bag was snatched by robbers. Six months later, unknown people called her saying they had her nude photos and demanded money. The then young TV presenter was so sure that the phone stolen together with her bag had nothing for her to be worried of.

Speaking to Sanyu FM’s Crystal Newman, Kleith Kyatuhaire narrated;

My bag was robbed as I entered Makerere University through the small gate. Six months later, someone called and said they had my nudes. But I was so sure the phone that was stolen with the bag had nothing on it, so I told them to feel free to publish them.

Kleith distanced herself from the rumors that made rounds of her having allegedly leaked her own nudes in pursuit of fame. She said that if that had been the case, she would have posed even sexier. She said;

People had so many stories; they would say that they even have a video. I had even forgotten what those pics looked like. In fact if I knew, in this era how nudes are, I would have posed even sexier. So when they finally came out, I was relieved.

Kleith Kyatuhaire has since kept a low profile but says that she was rather relieved that otherwise when her nudes leaked.

She is not the first Ugandan celebrity whose nude pictures have leaked online, and she joins a big list of victims who have come out to sensitize Ugandans about the issue by narrating their individual experiences.
