Yesterday, the family and friends of deceased singer Ssekibogo Moses Nakintije a.k.a Mowzey Radio stormed Entebbe Magistrates court in protest that justice has been delayed. They also demanded that the authorities should extensively investigate on David Washington and Pamela Musiimire‘s position in the murder case.

David Ebangit Washington was Mowzey Radio’s close friend and music producer who is believed to have been at the scene when Mowzey Radio lost his life at De Bar, a popular hangout in Entebbe. Pamela Musiimire is also said to have been one of the last people in contact with the deceased and it is to that account that the family and fans of the ‘Neera’ singer want both arrested and prosecuted.

Mowzey Radio died on 1st February at Case Hospital due sustained head injuries after a bar brawl. The key suspect who was arrested and is currently being prosecuted in the murder case is a one Godfrey ‘Troy’ Wamala who allegedly threw Mowzey Radio head-first to the ground which led to the head injuries that eventually caused his death.

The case has been in court for all this while and it keeps being adjourned very much to the displeasure of music fans who think the authorities are not only delaying justice but also persecuting the wrong person.

Dressed in all-black and holding placards demanding justice for their fallen friend, the group led by Mowzey Radio’s mother Jane Kasuubo demanded that Washington and Pamela be implicated in the murder case as well.
