Presiding over the High Court session earlier today, Justice Wlson Kwesiga found Ivan Kamyuka guilty of manslaughter. The case has been going on for three years and the family of Johnnie have time and again showed concern about how it has been delayed.

Kamyuka is said to have used excessive force while ignoring the role of security and other revelers at the nightclub when Johnnie attacked him. It led to a fight that led to the death of the latter. Even though it is declared that Johnnie provoked Kamyuka by assaulting his wife, the accused used excessive force in retaliation.

Kamyuka now awaits his sentence that will be read to him later today!
