Renown artistes and talent manager Emma Carlos has joined hands with Rydim Empire boss Derrick Orone to create a partnership that will see the rise of new talent and a formidable force in the dynamic Ugandan music industry.

For over twelve years, Emma Carlos has been representing and managing artists at top level under his Twinkle Stars music agency. He has built a reputation and with the experience, he is one of the few tested experts in the music and talent promotion business. We are talking of Coco Finger, Kalifah Aganaga, Mowzey Radio, and his latest entrant Zil Zil, among others. All have achieved success at the hands of Emma.

On the other hand Rydim Empire is a record label which has for many years facilitated the growth and development of fine musicians with the likes of Chagga Geoffrey, David Lutalo, Mary Bata, Big Eye, Rydim Girls, and now Rydim Boys all benefiting from the services of Derrick Orone.

It is for this rich experience and financial muscle that the two managers decided to come together and form one force to oversee the promotion and development of the Rydim Boys, a new duo intending to take over the music spheres in Uganda.

Ready: Emma Carlos and Derrick Orone have a plan.

Ahead of their start of this very promising career and partnership, the Rydim Boys have secured collaborations from top East African artistes. Derrick revealed that they have a couple of big international projects starting with a collabo with the legendary Redsan with whom they have already recorded a song and shot the video.

They also are in plans to do their first ten track album featuring other major collaborations with Diamond Platnumz, Harmonize, among others. Within the first quarter of 2019, the Rydim Boys are set to hold their first concert and Derrick believes that the duo will have put their foot on the ground by then. Actually, Red San, and Harmonize already confirmed attendance and another Nigerian artiste is set to come on board very soon.

The partnership between Rydim Empire and Emma Carlos is set to last for five years in an effort to discover, recruit, groom, manage, develop and maintain talent starting with, but not limited to, Rydim Boyz. Below are a few of other things that the partnership is set to achieve;

To specialize in signing new artists, and maintaining them.

To create new genres of music by utilizing the new technological innovation in production alongside top producers and working with top notch song writers.

To ensure the buying and selling of Live concerts and shows, and later promoting, publicizing and organizing the ones we have bought.

To create a pro-growth industry forum – without the vested interests of the current bodies – to balance the market between majors and independents and ensure that content owners, creative entrepreneurs, artists and consumers all benefit from the opportunities created by the industry.

We wish them the very best in this new partnership and we hope they can add a lot to the music industry.
