Kyadondo East MP Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu aka Bobi Wine has been re-arrested by police after Army Court Chief Gen. Guti had set him free.
The Army Court led by Gen. Guti had earlier on freed Bobi Wine of charges of illegal possession of firearms and ammunition.
But, just as he was stepping out of court martial, a waiting police vehicle white in color whisked him away to Gulu Magistrates Court where he will be read of civil charges.
This was all revealed by his lawyer Medard Ssegona who pleaded that the martial court was not the right place to handle Bobi Wine cases.
His wife Barbie Kyagulanyi was also allowed to move together with her husband.
