Kyadondo East MP Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu aka Bobi Wine has been finally granted bail on a non cash bond of Shs. 5 million from Gulu High Court.
Bobi Wine and 11 others who included Arua MP-elect Kasiano Wadri are among those that were granted bail and each of their surety a non cash bond of Shs 10 million.
The Kyadondo East legistor and his 11 colleagues have been in jail on charges related to treason for allegedly tampering with the President’s convoy during the final campaign for the Arua Municipality seat.

However, Arua MP-elect has been denied to access his municipality as he was ordered to always first write to the state three months earlier before going their to meet his voters.
The bailed opposition leaders have also been stopped from engaging in protests that incite violence among the public that include walking on the streets.
