In the wake of Bebe Cool’s humiliation at Lugogo Cricket Oval on the night of 31st August when he was forced off stage during the Swangz All Star Concert, many different celebrities made their opinions heard to the public.

Among those were some that pinned Bobi Wine’s fans for having an influence on the act in retaliation to Bebe Cool’s statements that he made earlier referring to the People Power movement as ‘cockroaches’.

A few blogs and unconfirmed reports also pinned government spokesperson and Executive Director of Uganda Media Center, Ofwono Opondo, to having made statements that Bebe Cool “paid his supporters to pelt him with bottles in the name of seeking sympathy.”

Ofwono Opondo has however declined all the above allegations citing that they are mere falsehoods making circulations on social media platforms which are being twisted basing on statements he made while on the Capital Gang radio show
