Comedienne Anne Kansiime has revealed to her ninjas on how she is opt unfazed and optimistic about at the 2018 Savanna Comic Choice Awards.
Kansiime, who was earlier on this year crowned as Africa’s Queen of comedy was nominated in the category of Pan African comic of the year.
She will have to tussle it out with some of Africa’s finest male comedians who include ; fellow country mate Patrick Salvador, Basketmouth (Nigeria), Charles Manase (Bostwana), Joshua Ncuba (Zimbabwe).
Despite being pooled with four famous male comedians on the continent, Kansiime seems unfazed by their nominations in the same category as she took to her socials to announce how she feels like a winner.
This years’ event will be the awards eighth annual gathering of South Africa’s largest stand-up comedy industry and it will be held Saturday 7th September at the Lyric Theater.
