Before we go any further, Major Lazer is an American electronic dance music deejay trio, not just one man. The trio will be performing in Kampala in October courtesy of Club Pilsener.
Diplo and Walshy Fire will be making their second coming to the Pearl Of Africa on 8th October 2018 in an event dubbed ‘Refresh Your Beat with Major Lazer Sound System‘.
The concert is organized and sponsored by Club Pilsener. They will be joined by the third member of the Major Lazer trio, Jillionaire at Sheraton Gardens.
Two of the trio’s members, Diplo and Walshy Fire, were in Uganda on Friday 21st April 2017 at Golf Course Hotel where they performed for mammoth crowds. Their deejay skills and music wowed fans who seemed not to have enough of their magic.
Together as a team, Major Lazer are gonna shut down Kampala courtesy of Club Pilsener, a company that has always brought the big global stars in Uganda.
The group attracts mammoth crowds wherever they go around the world and we can only hope for the best show this year if we are to go by what we witnessed last year.
