Celebrated ragga and reggae musician Moses Ssali aka Bebe Cool mocked at all those who hurled at him with bottles to up their game next time.
The self-styled Big Size Bebe Cool during that fateful night while behind the scenes, he expressed that he expected over a million bottles to land on his face.
I wanted those bottles to come like a million but unfortunately they were only like 10,000. Do you know a million bottles? But all of you who did that next time do a better job.
Bebe Cool stated
It should be remembered that on the 31st August during the Swangz Avenue – Tarrus Riley concert at Lugogo Cricket Oval, the ‘Katono’ singer was forced off stage after angry revelers chased him away chanting (Vaayo vaayo) go away while shouting out loud the slogan ‘People Power’.
This forced the organizers to switch off the mic and lights as they forced him off stage until he was escorted by the security personnel to safety as the organizers played his nemesis song ‘Kyarenga’ on the wide screen.
This calmed down the situation and the Swangz Avenue 10 years celebrations went on smoothly. Then the main star act in Tarrus Riley took to stage chanting ‘People Power’ as he sparked crazy ululations.
Following the ugly and disgusting incident on that Friday, Bebe Cool took a break off from appearing at public performances.
