Ugandan musician Hanson Baliruno has urged Ugandan videographers to step up their game or they risk being wiped out of business.

This follows his decision to opt for Tanzanian video director Hanscana in place of a homegrown expert.

Hanson says home talent often becomes a “pain” and deviate from quality, an aspect that makes feasibility quite tricky.

“We give them money, right? Make sure that you do something good,” Hanson spoke passively to all videographers out there.

“Build your brand very well, do videos with high quality. Don’t be a pain! and eventually, why not? We’ll work together,” he added.

Hanscana

Hanscana has been making headlines in Tanzania recently, not only for his work, but also his tough stance on individuals in the same game who lack originality.
