AFRIMA – Bobi Wine not part of jury but invited as a speaker

There have been reports circulating indicating that Kyadondo East MP Robert Kyagulanyi Sentamu a.k.a Bobi Wine will be part of the AFRIMA jury. It is all false.

It was all shock for Bebe Cool’s fans yesterday as reports made rounds indicating that his nemesis Bobi Wine had been named as part of the AFRIMA jury.

They were worried as they feared the People Power leader would directly influence the voting and hence their rasta standing no chance of winning.

Bebe Cool

Bebe Cool is nominated in the Best Male Artiste in East Africa category at the All Africa Music Awards.

A member from the organizing committee however revealed that Bobi Wine was rather invited to speak as a panelist at the AFRIMA Music Business Summit and he is not part of the AFRIMA jury.

That means that Bobi Wine’s event is scheduled for November 22nd at Kempiski Hotel in Accra, while Bebe Cool will be make appearance for the awards ceremony on November 24th at Accra International Conference Center.

We wonder how Bobi Wine’s fans will feel after they read this. Clearly, the opposite side must be beaming with joy.
