Despite all the success and awards achieved, Ugandan singer Irene Namatovu believes there is more of her that we have not seen and her best is yet to come.

The DE New Eagles boss opened up just days after being crowned the winner of the Best African Traditional Artist award at the fifth edition of the annual AFRIMA awards in Accra, Ghana.

It’s just the beginning of a successful African woman, the struggle still goes on.

The musician’s Nsambira Nyuma Nga Janzi song beat competition from eight other artistes in the same category which had nominees from Niger, Cameroon, Senegal, Mali, Algeria, Nigeria and Ghana.
