Ahead of the Jazz Safari concert where American music icon Ginuwine will be headlining, the R&B star arrived in Uganda last evening and he was welcomed by renown comedian Alex Muhangi.
Elgin Baylor Lumpkin, better known by his stage name Ginuwine, is an American singer, songwriter, dancer and actor. Ginuwine began his career as a member of Swing Mob in the early 1990s.
In a short video, after landing at Entebbe Airport, the American star in company of Muhangi is seen applauding Ugandans for the love and support they have shown him over the years.
Word on the street is that Ginuwine is set to record a big project with the city comedian, Alex Muhangi at Ntinda based Masters studios.
Master Studios has been a recording platform for many international stars like Tarrus Riley, Konshens etc whenever they have paid a visit to the +256.
Ginuwine is in Uganda as the main act at the annual Jazz Safari which is scheduled to take place on Saturday, 1st December at Speke Resort Munyonyo.
