Kenzo sharing ideas with the youth

It is often hard to see a superstar return to his humble roots in honor of his beginnings but singer Eddy Kenzo put aside his stardom and paid a visit to his hometown.

The ever busy Sitya Loss singer spared some time off his busy schedule during the weekend and visited Masaka to make some developmental plans for his home town.

Looking back, albeit living in a lower middle class setting, Kenzo’s mother could not afford rent and they were often evicted from the house they rented.

Kenzo was only five years of age when his mother died. He had to hustle out on the streets for most of his childhood, something which explains why he relates with such a demographic.

Today I visited the house I lived in with my mother before she died, we were evicted cause we couldn’t afford rent. Lots of memories in this place. With God everything is possible. Cong’s maama, we made it.
