As Bobi Wine’s Tuliyambala Engule song continues to spark controversy, Pastor Martin Ssempa has hit back saying he is not sure of Pastor Solomon Male’s level of education after he defended Bobi Wine.
Pastor Sempa revealed through a tweet after he watched Pastor Male claim that Bobi Wine sings about injustices we have in the country adding that the song calls for patriotism.
Pastor Male questioned
“Engule” resonates with the challenges people face, murders, health care issues, injustices.
Is he the first one to sing, what sin has he committed? He’s rallying people behind the cause. The bible mandates us to advocate for the weak and oppressed.
But Pastor Ssempa thinks that Pastor Male is very wrong about the Theology of the song as he disagreed with him on that issue but noted that he respects his tireless efforts in defending victims of sodomy.
