If anyone was going to challenge Yoweri Museveni, the 74-year-old wouldn’t have expected it to be a reggae star who wasn’t even born when he married Janet in 1973. But Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu has constantly being a thorn in Museveni’s flesh and for once, many consider him as the beginning of the end of Museveni’s 32-year rule.
As things stand, if there is anyone who can end Museveni’s reign through a free and fair election, it is Bobi Wine. He is only 36.
Bobi Wine shared the news on social media saying he is humbled to be recognized among the Africans who are inspiring this generation some thing which leaves his nemesis with lots of home work to mitigate how he can bring Bobi Wine down.

Thank you #TheNerveAfrica for this recognition. Humbled to be named amongst the Africans that are inspiring this generation. It is especially humbling to be named alongside leaders who have inspired me for long. As always, I dedicate this recognition to my fellow strugglists who work each day to build a new Uganda. God bless Africa.
The recognition was Bobi Wine’s second in a space of 24 hours after he had just been named among the top 100 foreign policy global thinkers.
