Ugandan rapper Mungi Matovu a.k.a Mun G looks forward to expanding his empire with further real estate investments. We unleash his new houses under construction.

If you look more critically into the Ugandan music industry, not many artistes have managed to transform the hard earned money from music into other real life investments.

Most fancy lavish lifestyles, spending to keep up appearances which are fame-driven, only to end up with totally nothing at the dusk of their careers.

Mun G on the other hand has managed to make the most of every cent that he has earned from music and other endorsement deals.

Mun G’s residential house which he completed building last year

His new buildings, four quarters still under construction, are located in Sonde, Namugongo.

By the look of how they are organized, they should be buildings to be rented out once completed because Mun G finished building his residential home last year.

This means that the rapper’s income will have a major boost and it is turning out as such perfect timing for him especially that his music career is seemingly gaining momentum again.

Take a look at his new houses;
