The 2019 International Women’s Day was one to remember for revelers who jammed to Irene Ntale’s live performances at the JW Unplugged Jazz Soul Edition.

Among the top live music performers, Irene Ntale’s name comfortably sits with Cindy Sanyu, Bebe Cool, Maurice Kirya, to mention but a few.

She continued to express her prowess on Saturday as she performed for her fans at the Design Hub in Industrial Area.

Ntale stepped on stage at 8pm and immediately set the mood right for the women in the vicinity as she dedicated her first set to them since it was Women’s Day.

She performed all her hit songs including , Gyobera, Stamina Daddy, and Love Letter, among others.

The gentle crowd lost its calm when the songstress caressed her guitar on the Sembera song. They sang along word for word, amidst loud cheers.

‘Unplugged’ is a monthly musical showcase set in a studio-like setting that gives fans an intimate and up-close experience of their favourite Ugandan musicians performing to live instruments.
