He never stops winning, does he? President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni nicked his one millionth follower on Twitter over the weekedn to become the most followed Ugandan on the social media platform.
As you keep firing shots at him on Facebook, the president of Uganda is busy consolidating his position as the first citizen on the Twitter streets.
Despite joining Twitter in March 2010, Museveni first tweeted in April 2014.
Of course, for a man of his stature, it wasn’t hard to access the blue badge which most twitter users admire so much.
He has since used Twitter as one of his most effective tools of communication to and with the public. On average, he tweets three times each day.
Five years later, he sits on the throne as the most followed Ugandan on the social media platform which is rapidly growing in the East African country.
We know your immediate question is if he pays OTT but let’s leave that for another day. For now, let’s send the man in the hat some congratulations!
