Trending seven-year-old rapper Patrick Ssenyonjo a.k.a Fresh Kid is likely to meet the State Minister for Youth and Children Affairs Hon Florence Nakiwala Kiyingi for counseling.

While speaking to media, Hon. Nakiwala Kiyingi said the government will have to examine Fresh Kid to find out if he has not been subjected to drugs.

She added that they will also have to check his brain growth to see whether he is able to juggle the stress that comes with being a schoolgoer as well as performing at music shows.

We will have to test that boy to see if he is ready to do the music business because he may be under the influence of drugs which is dangerous to a boy of his age.

Hon. Nakiwala made the remarks after the social media backfire from the public which pointed fingers accusing her of being jealous of the kid’s talent.

She was quick to defend herself by quoting the law saying that at the age of seven, a child like Fresh Kid cannot be employed. She that he needs to be counseled when caught in the wrong.

The law only provides for those aged 12 and above to be taken to a remand home if found in conflict with the law.
