Local songstress Winnie Nwagi finally cleared the air about the issues concerning her contract with her record label Swangz Avenue.

For almost a year, Winnie Nwagi has been a regular in the gossip columns with claims that she is soon deserting Swangz Avenue because of the working conditions and favoritism.

Other reports indicated that her contract with the record label expired and she is still adamant to renew it because she has several demands before she makes up her mind.

While appearing on Spark TV’s Live Wire program, the Swangz Avenue songstress laughed off all the reports linked to her contract with Swangz questioning where such rumors originate.

She asked the critics and fans to focus on her music and leave out the issues regarding her contract with the label.

She also confirmed that she is still with the record label currently and not complaining.

Issues concerning my contract with Swangz does not concern them (fans and critics). They should just stick to their TV sets and wait for new music regardless of whether I’m at Swangz or not. For now, I’m with Swangz Avenue and am not complaining.
