The school has lasted for two years now and the proprietor has bigger plans to turn it into one of the best music schools in East Africa.

Kadongo Kamu is the original source of all Ugandan music. I envision it will be the music of the future and I am enrolling students to my school as I prepare the future of the Ugandan entertainment industry.

Willy Mukabya declines the thought that Kadongo Kamu has faded as he maintains that it still has a huge presence in the trending music spheres today.

He mentioned several names that could still be making Kadongo Kamu though in a more developed version.

Bobi Wine, Vybz Kartel, Jose Chameleone, among others were noted as one of the most popular agents of the music genre which Mukabya says is more about the organization of the lyrics and rather than the style of beats.

He is now willing to help the young people understand the core of Ugandan music and his school is open to all.

Despite his advanced age and celebrity status, Willy Mukabya decided to go back to school in 2018 starting in Primary Four. He is now in Primary Five.
