Easter Sunday saw families, music lovers, and other revelers flock Jahazi Pier in Munyonyo to have a fun day and enjoy performances from several artistes as had earlier been announced.
The likes of Sheebah Karungi, King Saha, John Blaq, Sasha Brighton, Rema Namakula, Triplets Ghetto Kids, Wembly Mo, Madrat and Chico, Kapale, DJ Nimrod, among others all performed on the night.
One of the biggest performers of the day was rap sensation Patrick Senyonjo a.k.a Fresh Kid who wowed the crowds with a mind-blowing performance.
Fresh Kid and his management found a bit of a scuffle to access the venue after arriving at around 5 pm because of the traffic at the gates but once they got in, their next agenda was to get on stage as quickly as possible.
Fresh Kid got on stage before 6 pm and the crowds grew wild. Even those who had slopped to the lake shores came back running to have a glimpse of the most trending celebrity in Uganda today.
He also did not disappoint with his performance as he sang all his songs and even gave the fans an opportunity to sing along, constantly requesting the deejay to hold the sound and let the people sing along.
He further gave a freestyle after which he requested to have a photo with his excited fans.
After his performance, he was carried off stage and into his car like a superstar before speeding off to the next show at which he had to perform.
