Congratulations are in order after renown Ugandan comedian Patrick ‘Salvado’ Idringi introduced his longtime lover, Daphine Frankstock, to his parents in a traditional Kwanjula ceremony on Sunday.

For several months, close friends to Salvado and Daphine have been preparing to ensure that 2nd June 2019 becomes a special day for the couple.

Mityana witnessed the traditional ceremony known as Kwanjula – in which Salvado and Daphine legalized their longtime relationship in front of their parents.

The event was full of glamour, joy, and happiness with men elegantly clad in Kanzus, and women beautifully clad in Mushananas. A couple of celebrities were present too.
