Despite Ugandan music being hard to be identified, veteran music producer, singer and songwriter Paddy Man believes that it can be categorized as ‘Kidandali’.

Paddy Man reasoned why Ugandan music has no identity is that we have failed to put our music up high in regards because we hop to everything that comes our way in the industry.

He also enlighted about the meaning of Kidandali which loosely can be translated as dancehall, a word that originates from chaos, a bar or hall with a lot of noise.
