Following Uganda Cranes’ two-nil victory over DR Congo in the ongoing 2019 Africa Cup of Nations showpiece, singer Bruno K developed an idea to help the Ugandan football fraternity.

In the One For The Road singer’s personal view, if ten million people each contributed at least ten thousand shillings to the fundraiser, it would sum up to Shs100b.

The one hundred billion would then be used for constructing a state of the art stadium and the process would be carried on annually for a period of ten years.

Why always wait for government? 10m Ugandans contributing 10k each = 100B Ugx. This can definitely get us some basic well fenced small stadiums. 10k per person every year is 10 stadiums across the country in 10 years.

Those are Bruno K’s thoughts but do you think they’re applicable?
