This comes as a result of legendary Ugandan rapper GNL Zamba downplaying the importance of pitting the celebrated songstresses against each other.

In a tweet containing a picture where Cindy, Sheebah, Winnie Nwagi, and Irene Ntale were placed against each other with the question for fans to choose one, GNL Zamba deemed the battles needless.

Stop putting them again each other. Legends can co exist.

Recent months have witnessed a heated battle between dancehall singers Cindy Sanyu and Sheebah which has seen the birth of diss songs, media outrage, and verbal attacks between both artistes on social media.

Music fans and critics argue that music battles are good for the industry because it keeps the involved artistes active, creative and productive which is beneficial for the fans.
