A few weeks later, the singer is urging her fans to desist from singing, sharing, or even listening to the song and requests that they drop it and await for her other new music yet to be released.

In a statement released through social media, the songstress reveals that her management bought the song from the writer only to realize that the same song had been sold to another artiste one week after release.

‘Mpanirira’ has since been scrapped off all social media and music streaming platforms representing Lydia Jazmine including YouTube in interest to protect the brand from drama.

Rumors in the entertainment industry corridors have been slowly making rounds that the ‘Mpanirira’ song was initially written by Mowzey Radio and is part of the several songs that the late singer left in studio.
