Sensational dancehall singer Beenie Gunter has cautioned entertainment stakeholders to stop fusing music with comedy urging that the two industries are totally different.

The Guntalk City CEO and Talent Africa singer spoke up about the separation of the two industries following a new music genre called Comedy music that has sprouted to dominate the music business.

Beenie Gunter’s raising of his concern comes at a moment when Fresh Daddy’s Mazike song is trending, a song that is considered to be under the ‘Comedy genre’ of music as explained by his acting manager, Kalifah AgaNaga.

Comedy music was earlier started by comedian Amooti Omubalanguzi but had failed to hit top charts till Fresh Daddy came in the picture and gave life to it something that left many with a sour taste in the mouth.

With that being Beenie Gunters’ opinion what is your take about this matter?
