His fame has also come as a blessing stemming from his real life story that has won several hearts. His humble background shaped him into a pastor who has dedicated his life to preaching the word of God, giving hope to millions of people at his Light The World Ministries church located in Nansana.

Through his music, he has been blessed with friends; some of whom are prominent artistes, politicians (including President Museveni), among others.

He is set to hold his concert this year dubbed ‘Tuzimbe’ concert at his church in Nansana on 31st August. He will be accompanied by other artistes doing both gospel and secular music.

The money collected from the concert and other funds that have been sent from different well-wishers will be used to construct a well furnished church which Pastor Bugembe says will have a sitting capacity of over 6,000 people upon completion.

Bugembe urged all his fans to flock his Light The World Ministries church in Nansana on Saturday because the funds will go to proper use of finishing construction of the church which is expected to be completed by January 2020.

Pastor Bugembe urged his fans not to politicize his concert by wearing attires with political colors especially the berets because he was warned by police not to allow politics to interfere in his concert or risk being stopped from performing.
