For several months, Jose Chameleone has been away in the USA where he has been living with his family and performing at several stages. He returns to local stage at the Comedy Store UG on Thursday.

There was little hope that the self-styled music doctor will perform on local stages again as he was banned from several performances before he left for the USA with police citing that he wasn’t eligible as his management didn’t meet the required guidelines.

Critics pointed out that the Leone Island CEO was being blocked from performing by police because he made his 2021 political ambitions known to the public.

Upon return last week, the singer was cleared by police to go ahead and perform again on local stages and he visited Bukomansimbi for a performance over the weekend.

He will now be performing again at the UMA Showgrounds at the weekly Comedy Store show. The show returns after a week’s long rest and it features other music stars including Big Tril, and Lydia Jazmine.

Several comedians including; Madrat and Chico, MC Mariachi, Dr. T-Amale, Mighty Family, Ssenga Nantume, among others are set to perform and bless the revelers with the expected weekly dose of laughter.
