The year 2019 will be remembered as one in which MC Kats moved out of his own way to prove to his doubters and haters that he is indeed self-made and can do bad all by himself, among other things.

After a sad closure to 2018 which ended in separation with his baby mama and artiste Fille Mutoni, MC Kats moved to replace her with upcoming singers in Shammy K and Heyz Ug.

The two have enjoyed a considerable rise to fame with the first shot, generally attributed to Kats’ commendable managerial skills. He is everywhere requesting to have their music played.

Kats Music as a label has also tried to brand the two artistes and front them for gigs around the country and that’s just what any debut artiste needs to kick-start a career.

All that requires effort and mostly financial muscle which Kats reveals he has been able to invest in the development of Heyz Ug and Shammy K.

During an interview, MC Kats revealed that he has indeed invested way too much into the talent development and promotion of the two upcoming artistes signed to his Kats Music label.

Now however, Shammy K and Heyz Ug’s careers hang in uncertainty after Kats announced that he is moving back to managing Fille with whom they sorted differences and plan a mega year ahead in 2020.

In a video that is making rounds online, Kats makes it clear that he has spent over Shs 35M this year alone on the two upcoming artistes and that should be enough to help them on their way to success as he moves back to Fille.

Shammy K is not my daughter. She’s just a girl I found with my friend Side Soft and requested to help. This year alone, I’ve spent about 20M on Shammy K and 15M on Heyz Ug. Why not move back to Mama Abby?
