Dancehall/Raggamuffin Richard Kasendwa, famously known as Ziza Bafana, promised to release a brand new song at every start of a new week in a bid to make a strong comeback in showbiz.

So far, he has stayed true to his word and for the past couple of weeks he has been dropping a new jam each new week.

Just after releasing ‘Ruff and Tuff’ last week featuring Buch Man, he has now returned with a brand new track dubbed Kikwatako.

Kikwatako‘ is an edutaining song that sensitizes about Tuberculosis and other killer diseases in our communities.

According to the lyrics of the song, he calls upon the government to equipment health facilities with medicine and increase funding in the health sector’s budget.

He also emphasizes on how the use of other drugs and smoking weed is harmful and increases the risks of T.B. Listen to the song below:
