Musicians who are out of the Uganda Musicians Association (UMA) might regard the shutting of UMA offices for the second time as a laughing matter but in reality, it’s not.

The UMA offices which are located at the National Theatre seriously need someone to bail them out after they were sealed off over failure to clear their rent arrears.

The musicians’ offices were put under a lock and key after they reportedly failed to foot the debt for the previous quarter the same reason as to why they were shut last month.

Close sources, however, reveal that efforts to get a comment from the UMA President, Vice President and Public Relations Officer about the shutting of the offices have only gone in vain as none of them is responding.
