Stress sometimes causes weight problems for some people and it seems Martha Kay is one of them. The comedienne revealed that she has added too much weight in the past four months.

She has now embarked on a journey to lose most of it as she is not comfortable with the weight anymore. She reveals that a friend made her believe that she could achieve a much desired weight if she stopped living recklessly.

Starting today, for the next 21 days, she has listed the foods she wants to avoid in her pursuit for weight loss. Among those are red meat, fried food, sweets, chocolate, alcohol, soda, bread, dairy products, among others.

It’s time to get my life in check. Today, I commit to making more healthy decisions and above are some of the stuff I am saying good bye to.

She is not the first celebrity to embark on a strict diet to watch their weight. Former Obsessions singer and dancer, also model, Natasha Sinayobye also lives on a strict diet and she has managed to influence her followers to follow suit.
