Music promoter and entrepreneur Olim Charles, better known as Sipapa, has commenced his duties of sensitizing the youth and offering financial assistance to eradicate poverty in the country.

Within the week, photos of the Sipapa Entertainment CEO meeting with President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni at the State House in Entebbe were seen all over social media.

Not many could come up with an actual reason why the moneybag had been invited to visit the Fountain Of Honour at his presidential home but rumors had it that just like several other celebrities who have visited the State House on NRM-related activities, Sipapa had also gone for the same.

While appearing on Spark TV, the soft-spoken socialite revealed that he visited the State House on an invite and he had a chat with the president in which several topics were discussed including being an intermediary between the president and the youths in the ghettos.

Sipapa further revealed that he has already started his duties by meeting the several youths in Kiseka Market, inquiring to know what issues need to be addressed by the president.

I’ve always been part of the youths and they have always sent me to speak for them but I had never gotten that chance to meet the president. When I got it, I had to return to tell them that their message had been delivered.

I told Mzee about their issues and he said that he is not much aware of what happens amongst the youths. So I came back to inquire with them how best they want to be helped.
