Uganda government, weyayu?? That should be a phrase you’ve come across a couple of times in the past period of over a month. It’s now a song courtesy of Deejay Crim.

A popular, or rather unpopular phrase – depending on which side you wanna be, Weyayu (for ‘Where Are You?’) became the talk of town after Eddy Kenzo’s infamous video in which he appeared crying asking for the government’s intervention in his troubled life.

As it is kind of a norm in Uganda’s entertainment business, every catchy phrase is always cemented with a song and Deejay Crim wasted no time in adding it to the list of his released tracks.

Unlike other songs on which he has made slight appearances, Deejay Crim owns the song on Weyayu as he relays a few nursery rhymes fusing them with a few catchy common phrases like ‘Kasukaali Keeko Oba Twongeremu..’

The audio was produced by Nexo and we could be having the visuals very soon. Going by Crim’s past videos, this one must be a hilarious one that we can’t wait to watch once it’s released.
