To think that ‘Parte After Parte’ is not even Big Tril’s biggest song (according to himself) makes it worth a thought to imagine what more he still has in store for his growing African fan base.

Yes I said it, African fan base! We no longer talk about Big Tril at the local level. He is taller than himself now and his fame curve must be shooting beyond the grid – all because of one song.

He has turned something ordinary into one of the biggest African songs today. I mean, Davido, Wizkid, Olamide, Zlatan Ibile, among several others have already expressed their fond liking of the song.

Just a few days ago, Wizkid endorsed the song, then Olamide was seen singing along to it in a video. Next was Davido acknowledging that it’s indeed a ‘nice song’. It’s an African anthem.

The last time that happened was when… Wait, we haven’t experienced such love for any Ugandan song before. It is now topping charts in most African countries, recently only second to Davido and Popcaan’s ‘Risky’ on the Top 100 African songs list in Nigeria (Apple Music).

The boy can’t sleep now. He has failed to let the shine pass him by and we can’t blame him. He has been doing music for several years and his time is now.

Enjoy the shine fam! Keep waving that Ugandan flag and living the dream.
