Ugandan Parliamentarian and Singer Hon. Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu a.k.a Bobi Wine has been named the Best Male Politician of the Year 2019 at the Young African Leaders Summit.

The Young African Leaders Summit collates ideas from some of the continent’s finest youth figures and aggregate them into relevant themes able to shape policy on the continent.

Young professionals, students, entrepreneurs and leaders from Africa, who are seeking to contribute to shaping national, continental and global agenda in politics, finance, business, civil society, and many other areas; are the main focus for this summit.

The award was honorably accorded to the Kyadondo East Member of Parliament and People Power leader during the Young African Leaders Summit held in Accra, Ghana on 23rd November.

People Power spokesperson Joel Ssenyonyi shared the good news through his social media account with the caption: “Male Politician of the Year (Young African Leaders Awards). Kasukaali clear!”
