Veteran Supermodel Priscilla Ray is set to return to the runway at the 2019 Abryanz Style and Fashion Awards.
We are counting days to the 2019 ASFAs main event. The build up is in high gear towards the final stages of the biggest fashion event of the year on the calendar.
60 selected models from the hundreds that auditioned gathered at Serena Hotel on Sunday 24th November for the second edition of the Abryanz Style and Fashion Awards (ASFAs) Master Class.
The Master Class was organised for the 60 models that were selected from the modelling cast to showcase on Friday December 13th 2019; the D- Day of the awards.
The Master Class had popular fashion personalities like designer Joram Muzira, former model turned actor Housen Musema, Gloria Haguma, Solomon Tazibone as model mentors to show the group of models what to expect as they prepare to walk the runway.
Models were lectured with tips on how to shine in the profession ahead. They were also allocated different designers whom they will be showcasing for at the ASFAs.
ASFAs was first launched in 2013 and the annual awards have grown into respected continental awards. This year’s is the seventh edition and it’s themed ‘The Starz’.
ASFAs has given a platform to many upcoming designers recognizing their creativity as it invests in the future talent breaking new ground.
One of those models to look out for on D-Day is veteran Supermodel Priscilla Ray who announced that she’ll be making a comeback on the runway at the awards that happen at Kampala Serena Hotel in the coming two weeks.
