In a year where we’ve had songs like Chikibombe, Parte After Parte, Wire Wire, Obubadi, Omusheshe, Yitayo, among others, Eddy Kenzo believes that his song Semyekozo is the best of 2019.

First, for a song which came up from mockery from an ex-girlfriend, Eddy Kenzo did well to turn Rema Namakula’s words ‘Semyekozo’ into a big song for his own consolation and restored pride for his fans.

The year has been marred by most of the forgettable memories for the Big Talent Ent. singer but he has done the most into turning Lemon into Lemonade.

His song ‘Semyekozo’, probably because of the way it was concepted, has turned into one of the biggest club bangers around town today. But, is it the biggest song of the moment?

Eddy Kenzo believes so. The BET Award winner believes that the biggest song in Uganda right now is his ‘Semyekozo’ track.

Published on 6th December 2019 on YouTube, the video has already surpassed the 700k views mark in just two weeks. Apart from the fact that it features several celebrities and comedians, the dance strokes might have made it viral.

Through his social media, Kenzo shared several videos of people’s reaction whenever the song is played in the bars and hangouts around town. People really love it according to these videos:

What do you have to say about that? Which has been your biggest Ugandan song since the start of 2019?
